Teresa Munby makes one-off ceramic pieces inspired by the natural world around her. Each piece is hand-built using both porcelain and porcelain paper clay to create thin, paper-like delicate pieces.
Hand-built porcelain paper clay vases, pots and sculptural pieces. Some are simple white forms with imprinted patterns and textures, others are marbled creating a stone-like effect and others are coloured. There are also wall pieces similarly textured, patterned and coloured, thrown stoneware bowls and pots, some of which are heavily textured. Throughout lock-down Teresa has also been sculpting sheep which have then been Raku fired.
